Comic-Con 2009: Flash Forward Panel

While at Comic-Con 2009 I had the chance to go to the Flash Forward panel, an new show on ABC that is touted as the new LOST. Here is that panel in audio form for those who are interested!

The panel was ineresting. It was disturbing that the main person speaking (the producer?) found it necessary to use the forum to make juvenile, junior-high level jokes about Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh. When giving a professional presentation, I would never consider throwing in unrelated ad-hominem attacks on political figures, but for some reason the Hollywood clique seems to think this is normal or even “cool”. I am glad that the Lost producers, from what I have heard so far, seem to be beyond this kind of immature behavior. The Flash Forward person’s comments totally turned me off from earnestly wanting to watch this show, but I might check it out once or twice and see if it’s worth it.
